Ashley started playing volleyball at the 12 year old age group level. She progressed through her middle school and high school years and earned a three year letterman at the libero position at Churchill High School. Ashley attended Texas State University where she focused on her studies and coached club volleyball. Ashley is operating the club with her husband, Jamie Blair, and also runs Hadley Ashley's Boutique and Pro Shop inside Force Sports Center. Ashley coordinates and manages ALL of the gear for the club throughout each year and the two are in their 15th year as owners of San Antonio Force Volleyball Club.
